Welcome to Cape Web Designers. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern all interactions and transactions between you (the “Client”) and Cape Web Designers (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These terms are binding and enforceable under South African law.

1. Hosting Responsibility

• Hosting of any website designed or maintained by Cape Web Designers is the sole responsibility of the Client.

• If the Client fails to pay for hosting services (whether through their own provider or as arranged via Cape Web Designers), hosting will be terminated immediately without further notice.

• Cape Web Designers bears no responsibility for any data loss or downtime resulting from non-payment of hosting.

2. Website Cancellation Policy

• A three (3) month written notice is required for the cancellation of any website services.

• Early cancellations made before the notice period has lapsed will incur a final invoice calculated at an hourly rate for all additional time spent on the project.

• Cape Web Designers reserves the right to determine and document hours spent prior to issuing the final invoice.

3. Business Cards and Print Material

• All business card designs and printed materials must be signed off in writing by the Client before proceeding to print.

• Once approved and sent to print, no refunds will be issued, regardless of subsequent changes or dissatisfaction.

• Cape Web Designers shall not be held liable for any errors missed during the approval process.

4. Legal Compliance

• All services and transactions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of South Africa.

• By using our services, you agree to abide by these laws and understand that any disputes will be handled under South African jurisdiction.

5. Changes to Terms

• Cape Web Designers reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
